Wave/Reciprocal Motion
1- As my envision; each unit will have two counter-rotating rotors.
2- Each rotor will be 20 meter in diameter and 10 meter height.
3- As conservative estimate each (unit) will produce a output of at least a solid 4-MW; I do not mean it's "rated".
4- This result is based on my measured output and the scaling of my 6' by 7' wind turbine at 4 -> 5m/s wind speed and in consideration of the fact that water is 784 time the density of the air (even though I take only 500).
5- An estimate cost will be in an un-heard-off at less than 200,000.00 USD.
6- The options can be of the combination of several configuration into one single unit.
7- Can be easily but into mass production and rapid deployment.
8- No moving part.
9- Do not affect by the raise and fall of the tide.
10- The rotor works on the pressure created by the flow therefore it's unaffected by the turbulence.
